Open all affected files (usually found in Steam\userdata\SteamID\AppID\remote) in Notepad and delete everything you see within the file and save as 0 byte files. Reinstall then restart the system and when I started the game up it synced my saved games.

I was trying to delete a couple save files to tidy up some of the old ones. But I can't find out how to do it anywhere. Or if it's even possible. Any help with it would be greatly appreciated! Once again I play on PS4. I think the only option is to overwrite them. Kk thank you!

This is only a problem with Demon's souls because the developers didn't put a option to delete save files in game. Borderlands 3 ps5 Version is the same way, but they do have an option to do that.
